Started off great - not so much once you move in.
I initially gave a raving review of the service we received during the leasing process. The moving experience from start to finish had been nothing short of stellar. Roxanna had been consistently prompt in responding to my many questions and worked diligently to get things finalized/wrapped up very quickly (this was a very quick move). She even offered to arrive early to the office on move in day to accommodate our early work schedule. It seems that after you move in, service, communication... and professionalism become subpar at best. Once my initial review (that Roxanna had requested I give on at least 3 occasions,) was submitted, things changed. Items that should have been taken care of at the time of move in (missing items from appliances, mailbox access, etc...) are considered unimportant and a "favor" when actually addressed. Due to a schedule that consists of working 6 days/week, it's impossible to get to the Leasing Office during their hours (especially for those who have to be to work prior to 9AM and do not arrive home from work until after 6PM, as is the case for many of us). A request for something as simple as leaving a package/key at or in the apartment is as if you are asking for free rent. Mailboxes are not labeled and you are treated like an idiot for not being able to guess which is yours (don't get me started on the condescending tone of messages/e-mails). "Policies" are seemingly changed daily depending on one's mood and with whom you are speaking. Having been in the Property Management field as a Property Manager for over 15 years myself, I know what good service is and should be. The service should not end once the sale (lease) has taken place. Breeden is known for exceptional service; to say that this experience has fallen short is being kind.

Great location but units are not well-maintained and community relations are dreary and nonexistent. Last resort.

poor customer service
It's always said you get what you pay for. The price may seem steep to some but highly outdated. If something breaks or leaks prepare to wait months for a repair. And it doesn't matter how dangerous or urgent it can be months is your turn around time frame. Got to call the office? Don't unless your applying they recognize fresh numbers once your a tenant they screen the calls. Good luck on a call back. 9 time out of 10 to get tour matter heard and resolved you have to contact upper management. I... would never recommend this place to anyone. If I could of have done it over I would of and looked more before settling here.

The apartment is good, and very comfortable. It could be better if there were some more outside activities for the kids.
