The manager refuses to resolve issues and communicate. Trying to reach them was so frustrating for several months. They do not follow industry standards with communication especially about a balance. Not one phone call text or email, just charge you ridiculous fees AFTER you pay the balance in full when you are eventually notified with a notice on the door randomly. They will not turn on heat at the time the law requires, the previous company would switch from AC to heat when required, they have... made no such attempt until notified. Dog poop in the neighborhood is out of control. I have a dog, and always pick up after mine but it doesn’t seem like anyone else has the common courtesy to do the same. This is the worst place I’ve lived and if ROACHES are your thing by all means, they’ll never leave!!! Doesn’t matter how many times pest control goes over, you’ll wake up to multiple of them crawling on you and next to you and when you shower as well, along with them crawling all over the inside of your kitchen cabinets. Management is all on the nice over the phone and a two face monster once they hang up. They’ll charge you whatever they want to you and when asking to see the changes, they’ll... “claim” they talked to you about it when they never did and insisted they did- what a joke. The AC is constantly not working!!! Don’t do it. There’s mold coming out of everywhere and the apartment smelled and I got charged for that when I left, so be aware. There’s constantly gang related activities in this complex, woke up to a few shootings. It’s very poorly managed and for the love of God don’t waste your time here please please please, there’s other places better than this dump hole. No matter how much they said they’ll work with you, it’s NOT TRUE!!!! Take my advice and keep looking elsewhere... I’ve lived here in the front for around 4 months & I have no complaints so far... typical apartment issues but definetly good outways any bad (not much). Maintenance is always here within a few hours of request, clean, respectful tenants and workers... bug sprays are done regularly, no bug issues besides the norm... utilities are cheap & added in w rent so no dealing with dominion & etc which is a plus
