The units are new, including appliances and fixtures, since it is a newly constructed apartment property. The move-in process was easy and smooth. It took me awhile to decide which unit to rent, but the Staff - Margaret and Kim- were very patient and helpful. I think I asked for a tour 3x! Crazy at it may sound, Margaret and Kim contributed a lot with my decision to rent at The Ridge. They don’t mind walking you around to show the units in sweltering heat. The staff here I think are their best... asset. They really do care!

Highly Recommended It is only been a day since moving in. But they made sure my move-in was smooth. They gave clear and concise information and instructions. It’s giving luxury vibes here. lol Aside from that, you can tell that the staff really love their job and cares for your comfort while living in the unit. Credit to Margaret for being so patient with my indecisiveness. But her and Kim were also one of the deciding factor why I moved here. You can see that they respect and cares for their... residents. They also work really hard. They deserve a free rent in this property and coffee for life.

Amazing!

My time at The Ridge at North Pointe was fantastic! The one-bedroom apartment I lived in was cozy, stylish, and impeccably maintained, offering the perfect blend of comfort and functionality. The staff was incredibly helpful, always quick to assist with any needs, and created a warm, welcoming community vibe.
I loved the well-kept amenities, especially the gym and outdoor spaces, which made every day more enjoyable. The location is ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and everything... I needed.
