Management & Maintenance Working Together I became an Attain on 5th resident on 1 May 2026. It is now the middle of July and what I have seen here has convinced me to become a long-term member of this community. Management and maintenance work very well together, each being demonstratively capable in their own areas. I had surprisingly few maintenance requests, for a completely renovated building. Maintenance was proactive and resolved the issues quickly. I look very forward to working with... them to help keep this a top-notch community.

Great Staff and Amenities
Staff is very pleasant and professional. I was provided with all of the information that I needed and more. The surroundings are beautiful with lots of trees and even a bark park for my pet.
