Lovely neighborhood, very quiet (it’s a dead end, so no passing traffic), you can only hear the birds! At the same time, you are only 10-15 minutes away from pretty much everything, including UVA, WholeFoods, Kroger, gyms, downtown.

It is carpeted and has its own bathroom with walk-in shower and a large closet. It currently has a beautiful large wooden desk, which can be removed if you do not need it.
