They don't do anything if you have noisy neighbors there are no "quiet hours". Additionally if you aren't signed up for the trash service when you move in, don't sign up at all. Your trash will not be picked up and you'll be paying $20+ for nothing. If you try and cancel like they claim you can the rental office will tell you that you can't because all of a sudden your fee covers the lot fee for the dumpsters??? Not to mention that trash will not be picked up at 9pm like they tell you, it will... be pick up 12am if your lucky (mostly likely not at all) and your neighbors' guest will throw their personal trash in your can. Complaints are ignored as much as possible.
Maintenance is really nice and services are provided quickly. The apartment it's self is good besides some of the doors not installed properly. It's close to campus and the ADT app lets you lock/unlock your doors while you're away. It's not a bad place but if they are going to ignore you anyways there are cheaper closer to campus places to consider.

Great Staff!
Great Staff! Lisa and Vicki were great in helping me figure out a situation that I had found myself in with my roommates. They worked really hard on my behalf and were amazing on the personal relations side. They were really quick with getting back with me regarding my documents and next steps! The unit that I had we were able to get a rent special, and even had snacks in the lobby for students studying for finals!
