This apartment has so many issues. Starting with the building itself, the windows don't fully shut with a seal, so they're always slightly cracked. The main door to my apartment also didn't fit the door frame, so to shut and lock the door, we had push our full bodyweight against it. The lock with the key fob worked about 1/2 the time, so sometimes we couldn't get back into our apartment because the lock just wouldn't open. The walls are thin. The elevator barely functions.
The office staff are... SO rude. I have only regularly seen them in the front office until about noon on weekdays. After that its a 50/50 if they'll actually be anyone in the office. They never answer the phone or email. All responses, if you get one, are by text. In the instances where I had issues I needed an office person to help with, they were so rude and treated me like I was acusing them or trying to fight. The owner of RMP was even worse! They're a very dramatic group that is only in it to get your money. Do not live here.
