Nice Apartment with a Subpar Leasing Company
The apartment is what you would expect in Blacksburg. The porch and location are the only two things that set it apart. The biggest drawback for this apartment/town home is CMG. CMG could be more organized. They could do a better job painting the interior walls and they should match the move in and move out dates with VaTech's academic schedule.
With this said, CMG is not a terrible land lord. Most of the time they fix things to an acceptable extent. They will respond to housing emergencies in... a reasonable time and do not completely steal your security deposit. Overall I am satisfied.
