Please do not waste your money moving here. My room was a shoe box compared to all the others in the house (even though I was told all rooms are the same size), yet i was paying the same amount. The floor was disgusting and even had gum in it. The management was horrible in terms of their attitude and deceptiveness. I was lied to several times by them and they’re just plain rude. Overall horrible quality of living, especially for the amount being payed. Wouldn’t even live here for free to be... honest.

Love it here, and love the cottage. I love the lobby and I use the coffee machine all the time, I also love the other amenities, and wish we use the pool more

Great experience all around during my time at Virginia Tech. The Retreat is very home-like in the apartments and the community as a whole. I recommend checking this place out when looking for student housing!
