Gonna give all credit to Milad for being the reason we chose the building. The tour was what tie broke us on the apartment, and she has been great since too.

Our apartment has been having issues for months and communication with the Administration is lacking., also we have a credit in our account and they keep putting letters in our portal as we are past due! I can't understand their accounting department. Maintenance is not cooperative either.

It was very nice before but lately the cleaning around the ground is not the same. The maintenance service is very dismissing too. We have been here for 5 years so we have seen it go from good to bad. But unfortunately the rent is keep going up.

I've lived in this community for almost two years now, and overall, I've had a good experience. Although the furniture and facilities aren't the best, the place feels welcoming, pleasant, and safe. We'll be renewing our lease for another year next week.

People in the leasing office and at front desk are nice and friendly. The application and move-in process went smoothly with their help. The public area is clean and the unit itself is nice and cozy.
