Deals in Bad faith

Negatives-- Bugs in the kitchen/bathrooms. Paint is cheap.
office staff is very unsupportive/unhelpful with leasing/support. If rent is late they give a single notice before sending to collections.

Positives-- Garage is nice but very narrow, good views
