Malos el depósito que das nunca te lo devuelven aunque no tenga daños el apartamento, solo son excusas y te roban el depósito que se supone te devolverían 30 días después de dejar el apartamento.

I have lived here for almost a year and my stay has been nothing less than great. Management is really responsive and nice. Any questions I had regarding the application process or move in was addressed promptly. This is an old building, if you need anything fixed, the problem is addressed almost immediately. If you are looking for a spacious apartment with tons of light and privacy than this is the place for you!

This property has a mice infestation. I wake up every other day to mice droppings on my kitchen counters and stove, this is where I am supposed to prepare food for my family. This is disgusting. They should not charge a fee for cats here since they will do a better job than the management does.

Worst place to live, maintenance the worst, management incompetent, old, infested with mice. For the price they charge there’s plenty of better places

Avoid living here unless you like sharing your space with mice and roaches. This place is old and should be cheaper since it is overrun with mice. The immoral savage leasing staff will not tell you they have a mice infestation. Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
