This place is a complete disaster. The only two positives are its location and price. The staff is unprofessional, clueless, and outright rude, constantly imposing unnecessary rules on tenants. You’d think this was a luxury apartment with the way they micromanage everything. It’s one thing for the apartment itself to be subpar, but when the management is just as bad, it makes everything worse. The current manager, Miriam, and her team are only in it for the money. The place was much better... before they took over. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Bugs bugs bugs
I would give the apartment complex 0 stars if I could. Management does not take resident concerns seriously and the pest control is a joke. No sense of accountability, no empathy for the resident inconvenience. Buildings are old and infested with bugs.

rats, water damage, insects
I was looking for a place and saw these. dont be fooled. oven needed replacing, I saw rats my first day, and ive had chronic ants and spider problems. it also smells like weed everywhere. avoid this place.
