Worst experience ever. Roaches are everywhere starting from the very first day we moved in. Then our apartment got flooded twice over the last year. After that roaches became unbearable. Requested pest control multiple times but they didn’t respond. After months, they finally sent the pest control as per our request.

Management personnel is so unhelpful. They always react as if you should solve your problems without disturbing them.

I had a very disappointing experience with Crystal House management.

Due to an error on their leasing website, a workforce housing unit was incorrectly listed as a regular market-rate apartment. Because of this mistake, I submitted the wrong application and was charged a $250 application fee along with a $50 screening fee.

Management later acknowledged in email that this was their system error and confirmed that the full $300 would be refunded.

However, it has now been more than 6 months and... I still have not received the refund. I have sent multiple follow-up emails and nobody responds anymore.

What is most frustrating is not just the mistake itself, but the complete lack of accountability and communication afterward. Once the payment was collected, it became nearly impossible to get any response or resolution.

Leasing office does not want your business or care about the customer/ tenant. Managers are horribly disconnected from employees and what they are doing. I’ve lost thousands just trying to finalize move in date. Two weeks after original promised move in date, management comes back with higher rent and terms I did not agree to. I do not get it. My credit is excellent, rent check in hand and they still cannot get it together. Very disorganized management, expect false charges, misleading terms,... delayed maintenance requests based on other reviews and a very frustrating move in process. Read More

They furnished wrong information to resident screening service companies, my screening report now shows that I had an outstanding balance with them which is getting me rejected when applying for other apartments, while I actually paid them everything in full and on time. I've been trying to reach out and they don't reply at all.

CAR THEFT AND SAFTEY ISSUES. My car was broken into and almost stolen TWICE. Literally twice in four months and Crystal House has done absolutely nothing to fix this issue or try and keep residents safe, though multiple other residents have reported stolen or vandalized cars. This last time I was parked right under the security cameras which DO NOT WORK I discovered after. Building isn’t doing anything about all the car theft in their own lots, they truly don’t care about the saftey and well... being of residents.
