I have lived in columbia Grove for over 18 years and I have never loved an office staff as I do Maria Leslie and Illiana. They are always helpful and are very attentive to any issues I may have. Frank Mirna and Julio are a wonderful maintenance team they always get my work orders done in a timely manner. Although the property has many challenges both the maintenance team and leasing staff try their very best to make things comfortable for us as well as the parking. My hats off to this team! -... Rat infested
No parking ,walls are so thin can hear people in the next Appartment use the restroom ,A/c outdated inefficient run electric bill up sky high .too many problems to list sad

nice place to live rec center up the street and shopping centers and places to eat everywhere, lots of parks and trails all in walking distance.
