He enjoys exploring DC, checking out local bars, hosting friends for dinner, and meeting new people. The second is a 22 year old Penn State graduate with a degree in hospitality management who recently relocated to the DMV to begin working as a sous chef with an upscale restaurant group. He enjoys cooking, working out, watching sports, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends. The third is a 25 year old clinical assistant at MedStar who will be starting physical therapy school in the fall. He enjoys working out, watching sports, playing guitar, hiking, trying new restaurants, and keeps shared spaces clean while balancing a social lifestyle with quiet time.

Welcome to our four-bed, two-bath home with a picturesque backyard and a really great location! You are 5 minutes from everything you need (3 minutes from multiple grocery stores, 5 minutes from a few gyms, coffee shops, tons of restaurants, four different metro stops, and plenty of parks/running trails)! You can also be in downtown DC in under 10 minutes.

Utilities are split evenly between the housemates, in-unit washer/dryer is also included for free. Parking is super easy; there is a two-car driveway and street parking is unzoned (free and easy).
