The swimming pool is broken for the entire season. Already broke at the end of last summer and nothing has been done to repair it during the whole year. No compensation or membership to local pool is been offered to residents

Extremely poor management
days there was no hot water. If you put a work order in for the hot water, it was just closed out and they noted on the ticket that they were aware. several months went by and it was still not fixed. The laundry room was frequently dirty, and several of the washers and dryers were out of service. There were tenants that left their clothing for extended periods of time, taking up the washers and dryers. I had a very expensive blanket stolen out of the dryer. Snow removal is basically nonexistent... , which is very dangerous for disabled and elderly residents. I witnessed a car sitting on its rotors because it had its tires and rims stolen. My car was broken into by someone shattering the glass.. My car was hit in the parking lot twice. Many times my packages were never checked In.I have never been treated like such an inconvenience as a tenant. They failed to prorate my rent my last month there which resulted in Them incorrectly charging me more than $700 Than I should’ve been charged. They refuse to refund me and correct Their error. It was over the mandated 45 days until they released any of my security deposit or overage that they charged me. I made several phone calls and sent several emails to management, including the regional manager and all of my phone calls and emails to this date have been ignored about any issue that I’ve had in this building. They charged me $160 for a move out cleaning fee, which I should not have been charged for. When I vacated I had my apartment professionally cleaned and I Inspected it and took photos of evidence. No one showed up for the walk-through inspection that was scheduled. I again have made several phone calls and emails to management And the regional manager, which all have been ignored. I now have to take this to small claims since no one will return any communications. I reserve the elevator for move out for 8 AM on a Saturday. Hours of operation were posted until 8 AM. My reservation was confirmed for 8 AM for the elevator. No one showed up to work. The leasing agent did not show up until almost 10 AM which resulted in me having to pay my movers and additional $200 for standing there waiting since they were on the clock that entire time. I reached out to management and again none of my concerns were addressed, but instead we’re all ignored. Not even an apology. Customer Service is nonexistent. It’s like they have a bunch of inexperienced teenagers running this building.

Don’t Do It!
Dated appliances, hvac is super loud, and they are trying to gouge my mother who had a stroke and can’t live there anymore - they want 60 days notice, rent for those days, and a month’s rent to break the lease.

Horrible Experience
This is a horrible place for renting an apartment. The managers' attitude towards costumers is terrible, Nobody came to change the light bulbs, repair the window shades, and drainer in the bath tub after I requested several times. I walked in the dark at night, no privacy as the window shades fell down, the water flowed out.... You can only get stressful living with high rental and bad services. When I finished my lease, I cleaned the apartment spotless. But after I moved out one month, they... sent me a big bill $1160 for repairing which they did not do when I stayed there. It's ridiculous Drunk man kicked your apartment door at midnight a neighbor's loud music at night.

Good deal if you can get a special.
We had a one bedroom with 1000 sq ft with an awesome kitchen. The building itself is well built with solid walls meaning you don't hear the neighbors and they don't hear you. The views from the root-top pool are absolutely stunning and includes a separate sundeck also great for star-gazing. A smallish gym, but there is another full gym across the street. There are also so many restaurants within walking distance so you if you get tired of cooking you have options.
My only problem with this... place is that the rent went up significantly without notice and they don't allow ANY pets (fish included).
