Welcome to our four-bed,... two-bath home with tons of natural light, hardwood floors, a large kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, a walk-in pantry, and plenty of storage. Utilities are split evenly between all housemates, in-unit washer/dryer is also included for free. Parking is super easy as the house has a long private driveway and unzoned parking throughout the neighborhood. The living spaces are furnished with two large couches and a 50-inch 4k TV, however, your bedroom is unfurnished. You are 5-10 minutes from the blue, orange, silver, and yellow metro lines. You are also close to downtown Ballston, Clarendon, Courthouse, and Rosslyn.

About the three current: One just finished grad school and moved to DC to start a career at Capitol Hill. He is getting into rock climbing and likes traveling and running! One is a 26-year-old civil engineer who likes to surf and play basketball. One just graduated from the University of Oregon and is starting a new job in sales. He is a chill and social guy who loves sports and the great outdoors (camping and backpacking in particular). All three guys are courteous of shared spaces and like to spend time together watching TV or trying new restaurants!
