It consists of 4 buildings. Each building has a concierge. The complex is gated and very secure, located in an upscale neighborhood.

It is near the Iwo Jima Monument, walking distance over the Key Bridge into Georgetown, near the jogging and biking trails along the Potomac River, near DC, and near many restaurants, drugstores, and markets.
