He earned a B.A. in English with minors in Accounting and Philosophy from The Catholic University of America, where he played intercollegiate baseball, and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University in International Business. Cefaratti is also a two-time finisher of the Marine Corps Marathon in 1999 and 2001.
