Roaches, bedbugs, now mice. It’s great, if you’ve been in the field your gonna love it here. Sound of their little feet running at night is very therapeutic. Management has been pretty nice about it though, set an appointment prior for yesterday for pest control to check them out and still waiting. Crystal Woods on the appearance seems okay, until you're here for a month.

1. Terrible floors, I could hear conversations of my neighbors throughout the night consistently.
2. Terrible water pressure, you can only be on scolding hot or freezing cold. If on warm, the sound of a jackhammer (literally) will sound through the walls and if not you, you can hear it happening to you neighbors.
3. From time to time, black gunk will comes out of the faucet that is oily and hard to wipe clean. We no... longer drink or brush our teeth with the water.
4. There is terrible liter in the hallways, cigarette wrappers, tobacco materials and fast food containers.
5. From time to time, questionable people who don't live in the neighborhood I've caught smoking weed in the hallways and on the steps in broad daylight, not somewhere I want my family to be. Read More

Me and my spouse visited crystal woods today. Expecting to come in and speak to someone about an apartment to view and to begin the application process, but the customer service was horrible. Mind you, they are current under new management as of June 2018. We walked in and sat down while both of the leasing agents were on the phone. As soon as they got off they were giggling like children about another perspective resident and her sister that were on the phone. they continued to look at us but... never once asked us anything or even mumbled the words "we will be right with you" instead they continued to talk to each other and laugh for 5 mins as we sat there waiting to be addressed. It got to a point where we got up to leave and never after that did they ask anything or approach us. If Crystal Woods doesn't respect their future or potential residence, what makes you think they will respect their current residence. It was such a disappointing experience and if this is how the new management allows their employees to treat guests than I will find another home that will value me as a person. We loved our experience with Wardell here at Crystal Woods. This is our first apartment as newlyweds and he has made us feel like family. The newly renovated properties are an amazing price for all that is offered. We are a good distance from the highway, shopping malls, and entertainment.

You tend to read the reviews of others before you write your own. I have been in customer service for many many many years. I tell you what I went this weekend and was a little unsure. The property was clean and many friendly tenants. I walked into the office and Mr. Gatlin excused himself from the customer he was taking care of and warmly greeted myself and my family. Shook my hand as well as my young God daughter's hands. Once Mr. Gatlin was able to meet with us, he treated us like VIP's. We... approached the property he was so excited and warm to show us.
