I love my townhome! it's huge and I was able to get a finished basement. What I love most is the price! I am getting $300.00 off the rent, monthly! I do wish I had extra parking. The staff has been really helpful and responsive. I have not seen any pest in my home!

Moved in less then 2 weeks and can say that Alicia was very helpful, and made everything very painless.
Had an issue with a leak, and was greeted by a very professional maintenance staff member name Rubio who delt with the issue quickly, and explained everything. As I work construction I was impressed with him and his team.

Great exterior and grounds maintenance. Respectable-looking with retro charm, decent parking situation, affordable and spacious. Great mix of ages, races, families/singles. Surprisingly quiet considering proximity to neighbors and I-395. Close to bus stops and conveniently located. If you are handy and don't mind having to trap the occasional baby squirrel that falls in through the furnace in the spring or fall, these places are a great deal. If you are not handy and expect more than cosmetic... repairs - or would like to be able to pay bills/request service online - you probably won't want to stick around.

The place might be ok for new residents. Wait until you move in. That is a totally different history. Poor maintenance. Have a lot of cockroaches, bed bugs. and other creatures. Recently they start to remove the carpets and living room the hardwood floors. But the staff they treat you nice the first day but after that is a different history.
Talk to the neighbors before you rent.
