Located in West Valley City, Erin Hills Estates sits near major commuting arteries, close to SLC airport and downtown, with scenic Wasatch Front views. The community features include pet-friendly policies, playground, pickleball court, and 24-hour emergency maintenance. The landscape is new and makes the community nice and clean and welcoming.

Management never have a real reason for stuff sucking and breaking then will just make excuses. The maintenance guy is never on site and lives over an hour away so good luck getting anything fixed. Our water heater breaks consistently and they just make it harder to fix or check out by locking the door it was In and take multiple days to show up. It’s also always the same temperature as it is outside because they cut so many corners during construction and ran out of money due to poor management... . Save yourself the headache and don’t move here

I am super impressed with these townhomes as they offer high ceilings, huge kitchen with tons of cabinet and storage space, love the color scheme and the location is perfect for all the things I love to do. All of the bedrooms are spacious and have the biggest windows I have ever had! So excited to move in! Thank you for the amazing tour and my new favorite pad!
