Worsening Community
DO NOT MOVE HERE! We have been dealing with a upstairs terrible neighbor for the whole summer. Reached out to management multiple times and they has done nothing about it. These neighbors play music that vibrate our ceilings and they play music 24/7. My wife works from home and can hear them constantly. They throw cigarettes butts on our porch and constantly fighting at night. Playing the TV loud doesn't even drown out the noise. Lived here for 2 years and will not be renewing and I suggest you... don't as well.

We have lived here for almost 4 years, my family is happy here, I am very well attended by the maintenance and office staff, I love enjoying the pool area, clean and well-kept water, large apartment with an excellent view, I am happy, Thank you Gadner Station ??

Unfortunate
At first, everything was wonderful! Our apartment has gorgeous finishes and an amazing view. About four months in the hallways smelt like urine. About six months in our washer stopped working and the macitence wouldn’t come service it so we ended up having to pay out of pocket to fix. Several of the property managers live on property and have a double standard of smoking on the property. Always struggled to find parking. I never have been one to leave bad reviews, but we couldn’t bolt out of... this facade faster!

Poorly managed from A-Z, very dishonest people from top to bottom, nice and new but don't be fooled. This place is very poorly managed.

Go Anywhere Else
This apartment complex is horrible to work with. No one ever answers the phone messages or replies to any emails. Also office hours are listed until 6 no one is ever there after 4:50. We put in our applications and deposits over 6 months ago and after just inquiring when they would be done and if we could get an update were just told there was no apartment available for us. We were offered a refund only for the deposit and still haven't seen it or heard anything at all about it. We're finding... another place but it's so inconvenient when we were banking on an apartment for 6 months. From all the other reviews I really think we dodged a bullet.
