Copper 87 has been so great the pool and hot tub are so nice and haven’t had any issues with anything it has been so wonderful living here!

Very tidy and cute place. Love all the staff I've interacted with so far and the apartment is perfect for what I needed at a decent price. Walls are thick so I don't hear my neighbors too much. My cat loves the patio too :) My one and only complaint is that there's always police parked outside and it is a little strange.

Copper 87 is one of the better apartments out there! Location is great (makes it better being right next to the hospital) and the staff is very professional! Overall ive been living here for almost a month and I can say its probably in the top two of the apartments ive rented from.

Copper 87 is a newer apartment complex with good rates and great staff. Our apartment was clean and modern and has been a great experience so far.

We haven’t had many issues. We’ve had noisy neighbors, parking issues and rent payment problems but overall, we enjoy living here. Maintenance comes quick and leasing office is responsive.
