My family and I have lived here for a year now and we have loved everything about our place! The management here is truly fantastic and always goes up and beyond, they're 100% amazing, sweet, funny and loving towards there residents. The area is always clean, which makes living here so pleasant. They give out information that is needed to those who ask and are on top of there job to make this a loving and wonderful place to live! The Maintenance ( Vaughan) is so polite and is on top of anything... you need done is well taken care of properly! He is also super loving and funny towards kids, always smiling no matter what or how big of a job it is!
What really sets Coyote Creek Apartments is the sense of community, they regularly organize activities for all of us residence to come together and have fun! The pool is phenomenal and the grills are a bounce to have out when you need to grill! Coyote Creek Apartments is place to live at!

Warning
If I could give this 0 stars I would. We moved out in May. They charged over $5,000 in move-out fees and charges.... I will not say our apartment was perfect when we moved out, there were a few things that needed to be fixed up. Some carpet stains, a few dings in the wall, But NOTHING that would cost $5,000. I doubt that entire apartment unit even cost $5,000 with the quality of how it was built. We fought them legally on it. They double charged us multiple times for things, as well as charged... us for things that they didn't even fix. They charged us rent late and then charged US a late fee. Management is absolutely HORRIBLE, I can't even explain how bad. You can never get a hold of them, and they pick and choose what they want to reply to. Even if these apartments were nice, management is so horrible it wouldn't be worth living there. I recommend a trailer over this place. Run!
