Best in Vineyard

I just moved from The Vine after being there for a year-and-a-half and it was a great experience. Maintenance is OK but the manager, Candy, is the best. They take good care of the pool and hot tub and the free DirecTV is a nice plus. If I had to rent again, I'd go back here.

No parking and horrible management.

DO NOT LIVE HERE if you have friends or family that will visit or if you ever need to talk to management. The have roughly 8 visitor parking sports for the whole complex - these are usually taken by people who live here. Any visitors can be expected to be towed. Management does not want to address any issues. Once you lease, they don’t care about your experience. You will be much better off almost anywhere else.

Think twice before moving in

First off, DON’T LIVE HERE! If you have friends this is not the place for you. There are only about 10 visitor parking spaces and nowhere nearby to park. If you enjoy being treated like a human being, this is not the place for you. The rental property management is the worst. Very poor communication, not organized, and just flat not very good people. When we moved in we had three lights out in our kitchen which was reported with our move in checklist. After not hearing about it for two weeks I... went in to see what was going on. Needless to say, it took over a month for the lights to be changed. When we moved in we had three people living there with three cars, it was assumed that we would have three parking spots. When we signed our lease there were not assigned spots but come early 2021, after living there for 10+ months, a new parking format was introduced which only left us with two spots. I emailed about our situation and was told that it was too bad, there weren’t three spots in our contract. I had to go to the office and argue our case and after a heated conversation we finally got a spot. Fast forward to right now. We moved out at the end of June. It is now August 15th. We received an invoice at the end of July stating we owe $240 on top of our security deposit for painting and carpet cleaning. Having spent hours cleaning the place before moving out and knowing that we don’t have a dog and we didn’t dirty the carpets and unable to comprehend a $400 paint job I emailed Candy, the manager, for pictures of what was painted and asked them to rethink the bill. This was sent on August 8th. I didn’t receive a response so I forwarded it again on the 12th. It is now the 15th, I emailed again asking for a response. Nothing. What would I expect? I would never recommend anyone live here. Oh and there is dog poop on the lawns all the time. The dog waste baskets are always full. It’s gross.

Stay away!!!

Don't believe the 5 star review. That was put there by apartment management, not a tenant.

I (a former tenant of 18 months) hate this place so much that I am finding every platform I can see them on and posting a review to warn people not to live here.

Do yourself a favor and stay away. The management is completely unprofessional, they charge so many hidden fees that it's ridiculous. Whatever their posted rent price is, add $200 per month in extra fees. The place allows animals, but doesn't...
use the pet fees to maintain the property with all these animals. YOU CANNOT LET YOUR CHILDREN OUTSIDE WITHOUT SUPERVISION. They will either find dog poop and play in it, walk through it and track in into your house, etc. We also witnessed a couple police searches throughout the property, and there was a murder in the apartments next door last year. I don't know how a place like this came to be in the bubble that is Utah County, but I felt safer in my two different apartments in Detroit than I felt at the Vine.

Erik (the excellent maintenance man) is the only professional at the property. Poor guy, he deserves better.
