I can't say enough good things about this place. The manager Derrick is so helpful and nice. His calm demeanor is so refreshing. The views are absolutely amazing from my apartment. You can see the mountains all around you and enjoying the sunsets from the massive jacuzzi is so much fun! There are so many amenities here and they are so well taken care of. The gym has all the equipment you would find in a gym you would pay a membership for. The resident events are incredible as well. The staff is... also so accommodating, friendly and helpful. By far the worst apartment complex I have ever seen. I regret moving here and it's only been 3 days. They pay your neighbors to spy on you and stalk you at any given moment. They chain the gates to the pool so residents can't access it. You are watched as if you are in a cult and if you eat the wrong way they'll charge you for something. please please don't ignore this review and find another place.

WORST apartments, truly save yourself. So many extra hidden fees not given to you upfront until you sign your lease then you’re stuck. Elevator has broken a few times and being on the fifth floor during the summer has been a nightmare. Manager encourages tenants to rat on each other for money off rent, and has a terrible attitude. There have been nasty messages left in hallways. Don’t receive much help with lost mail. Just all the worst things.

Really really dirty, cheaply made, rude staff, manager does not care about anything and makes ignorant comments. My rent statement always has incorrect charges, double charges, the staff never responds. I’ve been told several times that I would receive a call or email, never happened. You can hear everything in these apartments. If you don’t want to hear your neighbors walking around all day don’t live here.
