Rents have been raised so much you can easily find a much better apartment for the same price.
Dangerous, crumbling staircases with mismatched steps of differing sizes. The ones with metal frames are coming apart and grab your feet and trip you. Even though falls have been reported, still not fixed. Ancient, ugly disintegrating red oak cabinets. Original countertops all with damage. Outdoor carpeting on landings and balconies needed to be replaced 10 years ago. There was a crack in my ceiling the full width of the dining area that had been badly taped and not repaired. Some of the... buildings were damaged in the earthquakes this year. Hideous old fluorescent lighting in the kitchen. Lots of turnover and vacant units. Nothing is ever replaced unless the prior tenant has to pay for it. No one gets their deposit back. No effort is made to re-rent apartments that are vacated prior to the lease the

Winchester Park Apartments
We absolutely love it here!!! We love that there are no pets allowed even on the premise, let alone in the apartments. We share a building with families and it is very quiet. We love that Craig is so personable and knows everyone he sees by name. Over all we love love this place. So sad we didn't find it sooner!!
