They are two- and three- stories, the lofts incorporate sleek, industrial finishes include open floating stairs, cable railings, exposed conduit, steel columns. The main level includes kitchen, with high-end stainless steel appliances, designer cabinetry, and modern state-of-art finishes, in addition to a beautiful open living area with impressive, large windows with built-in benches and original brick and wood beams and columns from the 19th century. On the 2nd level, we have built an uniquely-designed mezzanine, which can be transformed into a bedroom or workspace, or can simply be utilized as a place to relax and lounge.
