Management has continually let me down. They are so disorganized and have never been able to help me the first time. I always have to visit them multiple times on the same issues before they can come up with a solution.
PARKING: There is none. You have a few spots, but they go quickly. Parking is so scarce that they actually have a towing company that patrols the lot. Many guests have been towed or have to park on the street. There is guest parking, but that is always full with the people that... live here but don't get a sticker because they are not on the lease. They do have garage parking but its $50. Over the past year I have mostly parked out on the street. I love living at Meadowbrook...my apartment is large and perfect for myself and my cat. The staff takes care of the outside really well. I love the underground parking and at $40 a month its very affordable. I love that my utilities are billed each month with my rent...i dont have to remember to pay extra bills each month. I feel very safe here and love the secure buildings. I plan to be here long term and definitely reccomend this place to anyone looking.

Meadowbrook Station Appartments is perfect if you are looking for a good location and quality living.
Everything is at most a 10-minute drive away from everything you need. If you don't own a car, the Trax and bus station are located just across the street, and the Frontrunner is only 2 stops away from the trax station.
This place has great amenities. The garbage is picked up for you at your door, and when needed there are garbage shoots at your disposal too. The apartment is equipped with a... washer and dryer, dishwasher, fridge, AC, storage, internet, and the living space looks great.
Everything is kept in good condition, and if there are problems for any reason there is free maintenance available.
The pool and gym are also in great shape. There is a playground for kids, a basketball court, hot tub, lounge chairs, bbq station.
The only thing that can be troublesome is finding parking close to your building. However, there is underground parking that can be purchased fairly cheap which, once purchased, eliminates this problem.
The staff is also very kind and they do their best to help you out and make things easier for you. They are great and making announcements and letting you know of any activities or projects they have going on. They also don't rope you with extra fees like some other apartments do.

I've been at Mradowbrook Station apartments for nearly 2 years now, Iand I have to say it's been a great experience! It's a secured building with elevators and underground parking with a well appointed gym and great pool / BBQ area. The staff has been great, and the maintenance is prompt and professional. Awesome freeway access, quiet at night, with great east bench views! The best part is I don't think I've ever heard a neighbor lol!
