I have lived here since the building opened. It is a little pricey but well worth it for the beauty of the space, the overall building and the location.
Main con other than price is that they are very controlling over public spaces and you can't even have a few friends over to play pool unless you want to reserve the space. They limit to 1 guest for pool or amenities ... which is ridiculous so basically I pay for a lot of things I never use since I live alone.
Newer buildings opening nearby... so maybe they will have to change some policies to keep tenants.
