Privacy Not Respected
Things have deteriorated since living here for almost a year. Management has become less helpful and caring. It all came to a head when there was an unauthorized entry into our apartment when we were not home and notice was not given before or even after letting us know they were there. I came home to signs of someone entering our apartment with no knowledge that it could have been property management or maintenance or any way of contacting them until the next morning. It was a pretty scary... experience and it’s terrifying to think about how many times this may have happened to us or other tenants that didn’t get noticed until now.
