Hawthorne Townhomes is the first place I feel like I am at home. The team has done such an excellent job managing this property and making sure everything is the highest quality.

I've lived here for years, it has always felt like home. The office staff creates a very warm welcome whenever you interact with them. I actually enjoy going into the office, and you don't get that everywhere you live. The same goes with the service team, they have helped me on numerous of occasions and are always so cool when you see them out in the property. Super rad team!

Love this coumminty. It's perfect for our kids, we use the playground, pool and clubhouse often. I love how well they maintain the properties and how quickly maintenance responds if we need something fixed.

Hawthornes has been a great home for me and my family of three. We feel safe, secluded and our neighbors are quiet and respectful as well. It feels like a lot of smaller, working families that live here - everyone just tending to their own lives. The amenities are great - fitness room, entertaining clubhouse, cute park, the garden (my fave) and plenty of space for dogs. We enjoy the pool, it's well kept, but there could be more monitoring with food and extra guests that come during the summer.... The staff is kind but notifications and email alerts about our community run late and deadlines are missed due to lack of communication.
