I have lived in the sugar house area prior to 2020 but returned in 2023. I have lived at Dixon for almost a year andi will be signing a new lease upcoming, at first i wasnt completely sure i wanted to sign another lease, because there is so many apartments close, but this property is very unique to utah-The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, great appliances and the amenities are top-notch- ie gym, computer room ect.. The downside for some is its a busy area, however you wont find a better... staff. very sincere and helpful. Maintenance orders handle timely. Thanks to Angel, Veronica and Heather i will be signing another lease.

Dixon Place is a beautiful apartment building with a clean and modern look to it. The exposed brick exterior gives it a rustic vibe. The apartments themselves are nice, with a decent layout for some, but they are a bit small considering the price. Overall I'm happy with my decision to move into Dixon Place apartments.

Dixon Place is an oasis in the coolest neighborhood in town: Sugarhouse. The building is well maintained, the apartments are spacious, the atmosphere is high-end and the management is responsive, friendly and cooperative. I highly recommend this place.

I love my apartment! It is so bright and a great layout for my daughter and me! We love the gym! We Love the walk ability to downtown and the park! Friendly staff! And our deck is amazing!
