Disappointing Experience Due to Safety and Maintenance Issues

This building is advertised as “luxury,” but our experience was defined by basic safety and functionality failures.

We documented broken glass, dead insects, and open industrial paint materials left in common areas for over ten days after being reported with photos. Inside our unit, issues were constant: a garbage disposal that broke after light use, exposed carpet tacks around the bedroom area, extremely poor shower water pressure, and a rusty blade found under the oven.

The kitchen exhaust...
fan situation alone was deeply concering: it was left running continuously when we moved in, took weeks to get turned off, and still cannot be turned on because no switch was ever installed. Noise disturbances occurred at all hours, making it difficult to live or work, and package delivery issues were ongoing which have cost us hundreds of dollars and lots of lost time.

This is not about amenities or aesthetics — it’s about unfinished construction, poor maintenance, and lack of basic standards. For the price being charged, this building is not worth the risk, and we would strongly caution anyone considering it.

Modern Living in the Heart of Downtown SLC

Beautiful modern finishes, large windows that let in tons of natural light, and an unbeatable downtown location close to food, nightlife, and TRAX. The floor plans are thoughtfully designed, and the in-unit amenities like stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and a washer/dryer are a huge plus.
