This is a fully furnished basement apartment. I live in the upper house. No furry friends allowed. No combustion but vaping OK.

This is a short term rental month to month for 5-6 months.

Each bedroom is $800 a month on a month to month rental... agreement. This is great for the ski season, or here to hike or bike, here on a nurse travel assignment or a Doctor in a residency program or someone in college etc...

There is a flat rate of $50 a month for utilities and internet.

I am open to (singles) each renting a room, couples or a family renting the entire apartment.

The apartment is spacious, fully carpeted. It has a kitchenette but I am open to people cooking upstairs to cook in a larger kitchen with a gas stove, griddle and oven.

The kitchenette has everything you will need to cook "but" a full sized oven. You have a microwave, full refrigerator freezer, double cook top, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, dishes, cups, coffee cups, silver, wine glasses, knives, cooking utensils, pots and pans etc...

Dishes are washed upstairs or placed in the dishwasher.

There is a massage chair in the apartment.

Shared washer and dryer.

There is a large organic garden you can eat from. The property is lined with both white and purple grapes, raspberry, gogi and blackberry bushes. 2 apple trees and a pear tree.

There is a shared hot tub and 2 shared decks and a large shared backyard with swings hanging from a few very large mature trees.

The property is surrounded by large gates, the neighborhood is safe and you will see many walkers. Its a great walking neighborhood. There is 1 parking spot on the driveway and legal street parking out front.

I have rented this apartment to long term renters, short term renters, Airbnb, Home Exchange, VRBO, and Furnished Finder. People from all over the world have stayed in my home.
