This is a very unique property. The home for rent is an ADU (Auxiliary Dwelling Unit), so it is a house behind a house. The ground-floor level is accessed through a... gate to the backyard and a small pathway back to the home.
The ground floor consists of a living area, kitchen, and bathroom, which is also where the laundry is. The entire upstairs is a large bedroom (with a large closet) surrounded by trees with tons of natural light and a sliding Sliding door that leads out to a private back deck. Although the back deck is for tenant use only, the backyard is shared with another tenant who lives in the front house and their dog. The property is very unique and has a koi fish pond (a chicken coop - the front house tenants have chickens, and I am sure you could get some as well if you'd like), a green house for plant lovers or seedling starts, along with numerous vegetable gardens, fruit trees including apple, plum, pear, apricot, rasberry bushes, etc. The tenant who lives in this home will be moving out at the end of January. The front house is occupied by tenants who keep bees on the property, along with their chickens, and maintain the Koi Pond. There are 4 garden beds on the property, and you can decide with the front tenants who gets what garden beds or opt to share in the responsibility of all if you would like.
