We found this place on the internet while still living in Wisconsin and were so happy to see that it was everything it was as shown on the website. We love it here! We love the management! Marianne is the very best! If you follow the simple rules you won’t have any problems! This is a great place to live! The location is great and the amenities are awesome!

Management is Terrible
The rent is not as they advertise. Expect to pay 200 over their listed monthly rent with all the little fees they tack on throughout your lease. The property management were not very nice. I had my wife and little baby boy with me and they decided not to answer questions about the many different fees they have hidden in the lease. They will find many ways to take your deposit from you and then some.

Do NOT live here!
Staff and the whole building has been nothing but a nightmare. DO NOT recommend living her. Amenities are NOT done and they will make you pay as if they are. SUPER noisy from constant construction. Super unsafe for kids considering they leave paint thinner out and materials that are hazardous to all. I have documented all of what I have stated above. Extremely disappointed on many levels. DO NOT RENT HERE! Don't make my mistake.
