The Canterwood Condos are located 2 blocks East of BYU campus right on University Avenue. These 3 bed/2 bath units have large bedrooms (1 master/2 private), living room, and kitchens. The private rooms shared a bathroom, and each has their own vanity area. The kitchen has an extra large counter space with a dedicated pantry area and lots of cabinets for storage. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, as well as a dishwasher and covered parking available with 3 assigned parking spaces--so everyone in the apartment always has somewhere to park. Bike parking is also available. Canterwood is only a 2 minute walk from a bus station. There are outdoor communal areas set up with picnic tables to enjoy nice weather.

Year contracts run through August 2027. The deposit is equal to two times the monthly rent rate up to $1000. Total rent owed is divided into 12 equal payments due on the first of each month. Tenants are responsible for actual utilities used, which will be posted to your online account where you pay rent.
