I’ve lived at Linden Hill for nearly a year now and wanted to post an update.

The property has been very consistent in maintaining a clean, attractive, and well-kept community, and I’ve really appreciated the continued updates to the amenities. Just as importantly, the staff has been an absolute pleasure to work with.

Any time a concern or issue has come up, it’s been handled directly, promptly, and professionally. That kind of responsiveness goes a long way. This is the first apartment... community I’ve lived in where I genuinely feel valued—not just like another tenant, but like part of the community.

Huge credit to Jacky and Janel for creating such a positive experience. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and the way Linden Hill is run.

This property has so many issues from poor construction to outside water leaking inside, bad water pressure, malfunctioning appliances, bugs, towing, package deliveries and stinky halls. The smell of sewer gas is an underlying problem inside the apt’s. There is a clear breakdown of communication between management and renters. We are happier since we moved.

The staff is amazing. I moved from out of state and they made it so easy. They went over all the rents and fees. Sent me photos of my apartment and the views. I have never been happier. I love my apartment. I love the staff. Janel the manager is always in the office, even after hours and she always takes time to talk even when I know she is busy. And the staff is amazing. They always answer the phone. I had a work order and it was completed in less than an hour. They really go out... of their way to make me feel at HOME. I am so lucky I decided to move here. The community is well built. 4 floors with elevators! The landscaping is nice too! The office girls are super nice and very helpful. They will go out of their way to assist you. It's right by restaurants and stores. These apartments along with the helpful staff, make this community a great place to call home! Linden Hill Apartments is an amazing place to call home! With great amenities – from the pool and hot tub to the rooftop patio and play areas – it is a perfect spot for relaxation and fun. Plus, the proximity to downtown Salt Lake City and convenient access to key spots like the Airport and Walmart make it even more appealing.
