I think it's called The Falls because everything falls apart. The blinds, windows, water heater, internet (to name a few!). There's mold under the sinks. You can never count in the hot tub to be warm, let alone clean. They literally let it be green with pool chairs in it for days. The bathroom at the pool is spider infested and never (NEVER!!) gets cleaned. I saw the same feminine hygiene product on the bathroom floor for over a month. T gym is filthy and they let it run out of paper towels and... cleaner so you can't wash down equipment before or after you use it. The soap in the bathroom is actually hand sanitizer, so when you "wash" your hands your not even getting them clean. They hardly ever snow plow and when they do, you can hardly tell. They sometimes place salt outside so you have to do it if you don't want to slip. Sometimes the maintenance guys will kick you out of the pool/hot tub early for their convenience. The staff and management are extremely accommodating and helpful. Landscaping is always being maintained and perfected. Very spacious apartments with all the high quality amenities. Love living here.

Really nice apartments that are spacious and clean. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and accommodating. My family has enjoyed the time we have spent here and it has been a safe and inviting place to call home. It is pet friendly, though the dog park could be better maintained. It would be nice if lights were put up on all the trees during Christmas time but there aren't decorations.

The management team has been incredibly helpful, especially to me, a college student with no credit history. They've also been extremely accommodating, as I was living in another state with no transportation and thus unable to complete transactions in person much of the time. The apartment is beautiful and the facilities fantastic.
