I rented a 2 bed/bath townhome for 12 months until March 2025. I moved from out of state for a job, and moved out again for the same reason. The property manager and maintenance staff were responsive and friendly. I liked having a garage. The fixtures and lighting were good. I didn't make use of the clubhouse, pool, and other amenities, but I wasn't as interested in those things. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with lots of young families and pets. Having a Smith's nearby was convenient. The... walking trail around the property was nice. My unit had hookups for washer/dryer which I provided myself. Poor construction!! I had ants throughout my entire lower level all spring and summer. I don't think they sealed the houses properly before building them. Then, in the winter, it was freezing cold! I had a constant air flow coming through my front door and up from the floor itself. I had to purchase a separate heater to keep my downstairs area livable. My utilities were super expensive because of this. In addition, I couldn't see through my downstairs windows. There was so much dirt and... hard water stains on them that I couldn't see outside. This community is very misleading. There is nothing luxurious about these townhomes. The flooring squeaks and is super cheap. The granite is thin and appliances cheap- we're talking base models. I used to hear my neighbors opening and closing their doors and I could hear when my neighbor was in her bathroom. I think the most disappointing thing is the final out procedures. The office will not conduct a walk-thru with you so beware. They will charge for fake items that didnt' need... replacing. I had a brand new air filter and all light bulbs working, and they still charged for it. It is definately a scam.

You are not allowed to look at the unit prior to signing a contract. It was quite disappointing when I was able to move in and see the condition of the place. Such a great place to live! Very family friendly and quiet. Low to zero crime rate. Never had any issues with neighbors. Maintenance was always quick to resolve any issues with the units. Management is excellent and always attentive to any concerns we had. Price is great for what you get especially in the renting market these days.
