This is the worst community I’ve ever lived in!

Last year, I relocated here for work and I was in a rush to find a community to live in. I met with a woman that worked here and and showed me a nice apartment. She informed me of how this was a luxury community. To my surprise nothing about this community is luxury.

They’ve been through management change at least three times. The neighbors leave trash outside their door. I’ve accidentally walked in dog poop because some neighbors don’t clean... up after themselves. I informed management about it and they said someone would be up to clean it, nobody ever did. They also told me this was a pet friendly community… I guess because it’s a pet friendly community, it’s ok to have dog poop all over.

I had flies all over my apartment in July and informed management. FYI- I never opened my windows so I’m not sure where the flies came from. They told me someone would come spray and every time they gave me a date nobody ever showed up until nearly a month later.

I mean literally from day 1, I’ve been having issues here. Plumbing, recycling issues, no key to the mailbox, broken drawers… The icing on the cake is now I have very loud neighbors and my concerns via email were not acknowledged. I sent 3 emails! I’ve had to endure terrible migraines because of the noise.

Now I’m requesting to leave and break my lease because at this point It is affecting my mental health. They offered to move me to another apartment two months later! No one ever responded to my initial emails until I said I would be leaving…

This place it’s amazing and the staff is excellent!!

Top-of-the-line everything! We live in the larger two bedroom. It's super spacious; we have room for all our things. Tons of closet and cabinet space. The appliances are great! Ceiling fans! Tall ceilings! Low utility bills! Can't really hear neighbors, so that's a bonus! Best management I've had at an apartment complex - they are so understanding, nice and organized. Awesome "smart-home" feature for door lock and lighting...I feel spoiled! Really love living here.
