Honestly the ONLY good thing about this apartment is the location.. management NEEDS to do better and don’t even think about asking the maintenance guy Craig to do his job because than you just get them upset that actually work needs to be done. We lived at Alvera for 3/4 years and in the beginning it was great until it wasn’t. we had a neighbor move in that smoked on his balcony and no matter how many times we brought it up to the office they didn’t seem to care that the actual law said that... was NOT okay. I couldn’t even open my windows because of it. We couldn’t even use the park that’s provided on the property for our child because of all the cigarette butts and smokers that hung out over there. The pool during the summer was closed more than it was open and the gym never had all the equipment working so don’t think about trying to use the amenities they say are available.
I feel like the worse things are still happening from the apartment to us. We cannot ever get ahold of them because they screen our calls and reject them. And when you move out don’t think you will get your security deposit back within the 30 days as per the lease agreement. They never answer their phones and are never in their office. Went down there multiple times and they were never there. Customer service is non-existent. Children playground has smoke buds and smokers galore! Not child friendly at all. Decided not to rent after seeing all this on the property and not getting a response from management for weeks.

I called 6 times in a 3 hours span and nobody answered the phone! If that is the kind of customers service have, I would never rent from there!
