No concern for their tenants. Money hungry owners. Dont live there and glad we don't. A friend forwarded a letter by the owner with total disregard for the current situation and told their tenants to go file for unemployment and go to local churches and charities to get help. HE ALSO TOLD TENANTS TO FILE THEIR TAXES SO THEY CAN GET THEIR MONEY SOONER. He proceeded to tell the tenants if the sewage was stopped up they would be charged. Sad. Not to mention when you drive by the property it looks... as if they found the cheapest paint to paint the buildings, they are the ugliest colors. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
