When I moved in this placed was very nice. Always so quiet and clean. Maintainence fixed things within 24 hours. A few months ago they became a income restricted complex. Since then the people in the office have gotten worse, common areas are dirtier, takes longer for maintaince. There are always people walking around the complex at all hours. There are units that have boards over the windows and have damaged roofs. Been like this since before Harvery so not simply storm damage.

Nice Place To Live
Me and my husband first moved to these apartments in March of 2014. We haven't had any issues with the complex itself, but it does seem as if there isn't much of a restriction on who is allowed to move here. The grounds are clean, most of the time, but we have some really messy neighbours. I find myself picking up trash after others, which sucks. We have a 1 bed, 1 bath. The apartments aren't that great inside, obviously their upgrades, once previous renters move out, are very quick and cheap. ... If moving here, I would recommend going for the newly renovated units over the older ones. The maintenance worker I've come in contact with is very nice and helpful. The office staff is overall nice. The pool area is always clean and inviting. It is a gated community, but there have been a lot of issues with the gate. People have hit the entrance and exit gates a few times, but that has nothing to do with the complex itself. Overall, from a 1-10 scale, I would give this apartment complex a 7.

Great Place
My friends actually live there and every time i visit i hear nothing but positives. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the property is kept well and looking nice. I think it'd be a wonderful place to live!

Great apartments.
Lived here late last year and loved it. The apartments maintainance crew was always fast to respond to any issues that we were having. There were no washer and dryer connections, but the had locked laundry facilities and you could use throughout the day and night(with your key). I also loved how clean and quiet the apartments were. Most of the residence were older, so there were not a lot of young kids around. If you are a single adult or couple, this is a perfect place for you. The only... downfall for me was the carpet. I prefer no carpet.

Pretty Good
This apartment is pretty great. Maintenance is pretty prompt when submitting an issue. The manager and his secretaries can be pretty sweet when they want to be. The bedrooms are huge !! The Closets are just enough where you can put your clothes in; Bathroom is huge as well! I would recommend to a friend.
