We have experienced repeated refrigerator failures in the unit. The refrigerator has stopped maintaining safe temperatures multiple times, causing repeated food spoilage and loss of breast milk for our twin infants.
Instead of taking responsibility for the ongoing issue, management attempted to blame us for adjusting the refrigerator settings colder after discovering the appliance was not maintaining safe temperatures in the first place. Adjusting the temperature controls is a normal function... of the appliance and does not explain a refrigerator operating at unsafe temperatures.
This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an apartment complex. Extremely disappointing management and poor overall quality. Save yourself the stress and move somewhere else!!

Terrible apartment. Cheated me approximately $100 off my security deposit with a nickel and dime scheme. Don't rent here.
