This place has made so many memories in my time at Baylor. The new management is always running around improving the property. They seem to have a lot of staff now and I have had zero issues. Not to mention its right across campus!

Lived here for a year. Not a bad place, enjoyed my apartment. Its just fine if you are an adult or TSTC student in Waco but would not recommend to any Baylor students. It is outside of the Baylor bubble and you will feel very secluded from the rest of the community. Management (especially Ashley) was very friendly and helpful but maintenance was nonexistent. Could not tell if the maintenance man was perpetually intoxicated or inept as I would see him frequently yet no work would ever get done.... Pool is nice but the gym is literally a closet with an elliptical in it. Bad cricket/roach problem in the fall but you get over it. Overall I enjoyed my time here, but in retrospect probably would have done it differently just getting a house or apartment closer to campus.

Living here has been an absolute nightmare and I've only been here a month. The management does not understand how to run an apartment complex. They will steal money from you if you aren't looking so make sure you have everything documented if you live in this god forsaken place. They also completely change your lease after you move in, creating "fees" that they did not previously tell you about or mention. It is beautiful, that is the only pro.
The management treats you as if you are the child... and they are the parents. They also do not listen to you or care about you in ANY way.
For the price I pay, I would be happier living in a shack than having to deal with this management day in and day out. I do not recommend that anyone live here.

What I love about this property is that the apartment owners are on property so often. They know the tenants by name and are always so helpful. The property is brand new and has all the amenities you could possibly need!
