I have been living here for a little over a month and it is a great experience! The layout is extremely convenient with my attached garage, no carpet, and washer/dryer that is included! The office staff makes you feel appreciated and important. I would recommend Wayfare Waco to anyone looking to have an amazing apartment experience!

Moving into Wayfare has been a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Bryce and Emily, are incredibly helpful and welcoming.

The apartment is everything one could hope for. It feels spacious, and the finishes are top-notch. It's clear that attention was paid to every detail during construction.

The amenities are exceptional. The fitness center is modern and well-equipped. The pool is also a plus. It's convenient to have these features on the premises.

I’ve been living at Wayfare Waco for about 7 months, and I couldn’t be happier about this decision. The apartment itself is designed so well, it’s spacious, bright, and functional. I love my garage and my own front porch!

The property is large with lots of grass for both my dogs to go on long pretty walks.
